3. Membership
Free Membership
Anyone meeting the eligibility criteria may join as a free Formation Member. Free membership grants access to our newsletter, group message community, and other benefits described on our website. We may update the benefits of free membership from time to time.
Formation Club Membership
Formation Club is our paid membership tier. When Formation Club launches, separate purchase terms will apply, including pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund policies. These will be made available before you complete any purchase.
Termination of Membership
You may end your membership at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your membership if you breach these Terms, behave in a way that is harmful to the community, or if we cease operating the service. Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice.
4. Community Standards
The Formation is a community space, and the experience depends on everyone respecting each other. By participating - online, in our group message community, or at events - you agree to:

5. Events
Formation Experiences are subject to separate event terms, which will be provided when you purchase a ticket. In general:
- Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed in advance
- Refund policies will be set out at the point of purchase
- Photography and video may be taken at events; by attending, you consent to your image being used in promotional material unless you tell us otherwise in advance
- Attendees are responsible for their own behaviour, valuables, and travel arrangements
